As your trusted electrical tape supplier, SHUSHI GROUP always puts customers' rights and interests first. To effectively protect your fund safety and avoid unnecessary losses caused by improper payment operations, our company hereby issues the following important payment safety reminder, and we kindly ask you to pay attention to and abide by it.
Standardized occupational health management is the first line of defense for SHUSHI to protect employees' health. Zhang Long (pseudonym), who joined the company in 2015, is a beneficiary: his white blood cells were slightly low during the pre-employment physical examination, and he joined the company after the re-examination was normal; in 2019, the indicator was abnormal again during the in-service physical examination, and the company transferred him to another position in a humanized way. He worked hard in the new position and was promoted to squad leader later. This case is a microcosm of SHUSHI's occupational health management.
SHUSHI established an occupational health management team early, formulated strict systems and implemented them: in places where there may be risks such as electrical tape production, alarm devices and first-aid facilities are set up; occupational disease hazard factor testing is carried out every year, and current situation evaluation is carried out every three years, with all results qualified; organize physical examinations for employees exposed to hazards and improve health records; regularly maintain protective facilities, distribute protective equipment, and set warning signs in workshops. The new factory construction also implements the "three simultaneous" system, with reasonable production layout, up-to-standard lighting and ventilation, and the introduction of advanced electrical tape production equipment to further reduce the risk of occupational diseases. The pass rate of in-service inspections has been 100% in the past three years.
- Strict Control of Food Safety: SHUSHI's self-operated canteen implements free buffets, updates and posts menus every week, and conducts employee satisfaction surveys and training every quarter. In response to employees' feedback that "too good food is easy to gain weight", it adjusted to less salt and oil, reduced high-fat foods and meat soups; posted dietary posters and placed oil and salt control tools to guide healthy eating. Health certificates in the back kitchen are hung neatly, and food samples are standardized to protect food safety from the source. At the same time, it improves health management regulations such as drinking water and disinfection to build a solid health defense line.
- Sports Promotion to Stimulate Vitality: Health slogans can be seen everywhere in the factory area, and indoor sports fields and gyms are open for free. On the 28th anniversary of the factory, sports bracelets were distributed to employees. Badminton, basketball and other clubs were established, and events such as Sunshine Cup competitions, fun sports meets and parent-child activities were organized; employees were encouraged to participate in marathons, walking activities, etc., and trips to scenic spots were organized to relax, making "I exercise, I am healthy" a consensus.
- Green Life Spreads Concept: The factory area provides public bicycles, advocates garbage classification and resource recycling, and sets up recycling areas for toner cartridges and batteries; comprehensive smoking control is implemented, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors with signs, creating a green and healthy factory environment.
